A unidentified gang released sh@ots at CPN-UML cooperated Youth Association's Rupandehi-area Chairman Durga Tiwari on Monday.
As demonstrated by police, the ending happened in Khairahani at Rupandehi-Nawalparasi edge zone along the east-west interstate.
SP Rabindra Dhanuk said that police have been passed on in the district to look for the liable gatherings.
Tiwari, who has been gravely hu!rt, has been taken to Devdaha Medical College for treatment.
As demonstrated by spectators, two unidentified people who had proceeded a bicycle released sh@ots at Tiwari.
